Lay-Buy Terms & Conditions

Deposit   

A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required at the time of setting up the lay-buy.   

Payment Period   

The lay-buy must be paid in full within 4 months (120 days) from the date of purchase. Regular payments are required, and the final instalment must be completed within this period.   

Instalments  

Payments will be direct debited from your designated account monthly. The full amount must be paid within the agreed 4-month term.   

Cancellation 

If you choose to cancel your lay-buy, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price will apply.   

Delivery or Pickup 

Products will not be available for delivery or pickup until the lay-buy is fully paid. Once the final payment is received, we will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery.   

Product Availability   

All lay-buy items are held in our warehouse and will remain reserved for you, even if you complete your payments earlier than expected.   

Refunds   

If a product is found to be faulty or falls under warranty, a refund or exchange will be provided in accordance with Gaia Baby’s standard return policy.    

Agreement   

By setting up a lay-buy, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for completing the full payment.   

Privacy  

Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with Gaia Baby’s Privacy Policy.   

Changes to Terms  

Gaia Baby reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in writing.   


Competition & Promotion Terms & Conditions

 

Promotional and Discount Codes

Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted. Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website. Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $1,000, only then does it qualify for free shipping. Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated. “Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code. We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid. If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. Gaia Baby Nursery Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.

Gaia Baby & UPPAbaby Voucher - 2025

$200 Discount is valid on Gaia Baby Nursery Hera 4-Piece, 3-Piece or 2-Piece Bundles. Bundles must be purchased online at gaia-baby.com.au. Offer is only valid to customers who have purchased an UPPAbaby Vista V3 or UPPAbaby Cruz V2. Discount voucher does not cover shipping fees. Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated.

Hera Cot Bedding Bundle - 2025

Gaia Baby Furniture Hera Bedding Bundle commences at 4:00PM AEDT on Friday 21 March 2025 and ends 11:59PM AEDT on Sunday 6th April 2025. This bundle deal is only applicable only to new orders placed within the specified dates and times. The Hera Cot Bedding Bundle consist of the Hera Cot Bed, Hera Cot Fitted Sheet & Hera Cot Mattress Protector. Orders that are placed which include the Hera Cot cannot be canceled, updated or modified once they are placed. Serena Cot $100 Discount - 2025 - ENDED

The $100 discount code is valid on the Serena Cot for a one-time purchase online and expires on Friday 14 March 2025 at 11:59 AEDT.

We cannot offer the sale prices on previous orders as a refund or credit, regardless of when the order was placed.
