Promotional and Discount Codes
Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted. Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website. Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $1,000, only then does it qualify for free shipping. Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated. “Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code. We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid. If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. Gaia Baby Nursery Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.
Boxing Day Sale Discount - 2024
Gaia Baby Furniture Boxing Day Sale commences at 9:00 am AEDT on Thursday 26 December 2024. We cannot offer the sale prices on previous orders as a refund or credit, regardless of when the order was placed. Additionally, we are unable to extend the sale prices after the sale concludes on Wednesday 1 January 2025, at 11:59 pm AEDT. This exclusive sale is applicable only to new orders placed within the specified dates and times. The Boxing Day Sale offer is $200 off all Hera Bundle Sets Any other discount codes/offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Boxing Day Sale. Boxing Day Sale orders cannot be canceled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
Gaia Baby Nursery Tag + Win Competition
The ongoing tagging competition includes brands Coolkidz, UPPAbaby Australia, WonderFold Australia and Gaia Baby. To enter the competition participants are required to tag the appropriate brand and required hashtag on a post that displays one or more of that brands products. Entry is unlimited. Entrants profile must be set to public to qualify to enter the competition. Entrants must be aware that their post may then be reposted to the hosts instagram account. Winners will be drawn monthly at random and will be contacted on Instagram through the Coolkidz Australia account. The prize is voucher to be used on the Coolkidz Australia website valued at $100. This voucher is non transferable and will expire 1 year after date received. The competition is ongoing until stated otherwise.
